Fat Melting Nutrition Program

1. Take natural vitamin thermogenic appetite suppressant (ripped pack GNC). Use plant base protein for diet.

2. Drink a minimum of seven 16 oz. water bottles daily.

 

3. No eating or drinking with the exception of water past 8:30pm.

 

4. Must perform 30 minutes of cardio (brisk walking) 6x per week.

 

5. Must perform 20 minutes of exercise on the body part being treated 6x per week.
